Previously known as AlphAroma, Rakau is a New Zealand hop developed in the late 1970s and released in 1983, with a rebranding in 2007. Featuring a high concentration of myrcene, it pairs exceptionally well with dry-hopped American Pale Ales, delivering a bold fruity and aromatic profile. Ideal for late additions and dry hopping, Rakau adds depth and complexity to hop-forward beer styles.
