Developed by CLS Farms in 2008 and released in 2010, El Dorado® is a high-alpha hop with bold tropical flavors. It delivers intense notes of pineapple and mango, complemented by a resinous undertone. The aroma showcases pear, watermelon, stone fruits, and candy-like sweetness. With excellent bittering and aromatic properties, El Dorado® is ideal for wheat beers, Pale Ales, and IPAs.
