Toasted Rye 40 MD malt is produced by slowly and gently roasting Rye Malt MD in a roasting drum. It provides the same malty and spicy flavors as regular Rye Malt MD, with added notes of cookies and warm bread.Ideal for use in any rye beer to enhance complexity. Suitable for up to 30% of the grain bill.
