A hop with a sweet peach, juicy orange, ripe passionfruit and sticky mango character, all layered with a resinous pine and a lingering perfumy floral aroma.Can be used both on the hot side and as dry hop in a variety of styles targeting a fruit forward hop profile. Very high in thiol precursors makes it a great bio-transformative addition for the classic NZ Sauvignon Blanc character.
